All Saints' record label have rushed media trouble-shooter Neil Reading into the All Saints camp in a desperate bid to rescue the group following an internal rift. The band is apparently split down the middle with the Appleton sisters on one side and Mel Blatt and Shaznay on the other.

The trouble-shooter has been brought in to limit the damaging press coverage that the girls' rift is likely to generate following the news of Shaznay's decision to snub the premier of 'Honest', the film starring the Appleton sisters and Blatt.

The source of the dispute is thought to be the endless press presence of the Appleton sisters who, the other girls point out, were not even original members of the band but brought in by the record company to complete the package.

An insider revealed, "the biggest problem is how to get them all in one room without them tearing at each other's throats!"
