All Saints' future in doubt

Nicole and Natalie Appleton are reported to have left the All Saints.

According to The Sun, the sisters have told bandmates Melanie Blatt and Shaznay Lewis that they no longer want to work with them.

Crisis talks are now being held over the future of the band, says the paper.

And a statement is being prepared announcing a split, if the talks fail.

The news comes after the group cancelled an performance on ITV's Saturday morning show CD:UK and on Channel 4's T4 the following day.

They refused to appear after producers asked them to drop the word "ass" from new single All Hooked Up.

In November, Melanie Blatt was reported to have walked out but persuaded to come back.

All Saints are due to begin a nationwide tour in May.
